Mold Inspection

A certified mold inspector will conduct a thorough inspection of the property, creating a comprehensive report of suspected mold, along with its probable origins.

Mold Sampling

If suspected mold is present, our team of inspectors are certified to retrieve samples via swabbing, tape, and bulk sampling methods. If necessary, Integrity Mold Inspectors are also capable of performing air sampling.

Laboratory Testing

Integrity Mold Inspectors is partnered with a nationally accredited laboratory that will conduct testing on the mold samples and provide a detailed report within 24 hours of receiving the sample.

Pricing:

The first word of our company name is “Integrity.” We believe in an upfront pricing structure with no hidden fees. Other companies advertise lower initial costs but often have an astric next to it. This is because they are not including the sampling and laboratory fees.

The inspection, which includes four samples sent to the laboratory costs: $500

If it is determined that no samples are required, we will reduce the fee $100
